| Am I Vintage?  | | | |  I was looking for vintage wallpaper online for a website that I am building. Now what I had in mind was the "50"s, but what is considered vintage now is the "70's". Am I vintage already? I'm only 47. Does anyone else feel vintage is appropriate for someone in their late 40's?

| |  LOL. Welcome to middle age! I used to think things from the 50's were vintage. I guess the national interest makes somethings vintage. I laugh when peopl look at platform shoes or peasant blouses. They think the are vintage. To me they are just old. Ever notice that national polls seem to only want opinions of people from the ages of 18-49. Anyone below or above that age doesn't count. Guess that leaves me out.

| | LOL. Yeah I feel the same way. They might just as well completely ignore those of us over 50. We dont seem to count. Advertizers seem to want to direct their ads at the 18-49 year olds cause they think they have the most disposable income.
