| Yesterday i am so happy bt then now im lonely  | | | |  I got a present yesterday morning from italy.i couldnt explain my happiness yesterday. you know the present i got was very important to me bcoz i ask it to Mother mary and never expected on the next day to recieve it. but why now i am so sad? is this really life.when things okay turn to bad.when your happy turn to sad. i know that i am not the one who experience this thing but there are people who are so tough and i want to be like them though i tried but always Fall.hope there are inspiring words out there could give advise how to handle situations during hard times..i knew prayer is the key but wanna hear how to be tough from so many fears in life like failures.

| |  Ancient Indian sages had described our true nature to be "Sat-Chit-Anand" that is, Existence, Conscious and Bliss.
When we deviate from our true nature we are moving away from bliss. So when we disparately want that new car or for that matter any object we are unhappy. The thought's generated by the object makes us forget our true nature.
However, when we get the object our thoughts diminish and we revert back to our true nature that is bliss making us feel happy. We think that we are happy because we have possessed the object but actually we are happy because we have returned to our true self.
Investigate and you will find that happiness is within you. You cannot find happiness anywhere else.
