Why do most girls prefer to have male freinds?

I've heard a lot of girls say to me they rather have male freinds,but when I ask them why they would say its a girl thing or it was too complicated to answer then explain.Why don't most girls get along with other girls,I thought girls were real close and everything.What am I saying I don't understand women,and I don't think I ever will! So whats going on between most girls not getting along?

There may be any number of reasons. Personally, I just think guys have more fun. I don't think they're as petty about silly things. Also, I just think its fun knowing that guys think different than girls and I'm easily amused by guys. That's not to say I don't have close "girl" friends, cause I do. Guys and girls are just different and I think it's awesome.

iam female for some reason growing up i always had more male than female friends dont know why for sure
