Interesting, but I don't buy it. No solid evidence or proof were presented and most explanations are mere theories and hypothesis. No doubt there are other intelligent forms of life outside our galaxy.., it's just impossible to believe otherwise but I don't think intergalactic exploration has been made possible yet between two alien races.
