Talking on the phone in the bathroom

Why do people talk on their cell phones while they're in a bathroom? It's bad enough to do it in the privacy of your home but why a public bathroom? Does anybody else find it wrong and offensive when people, especially woman, talk on the phone while doing their business in the bathroom??

Well i don't find it rude as long you don't make thoese rude noises yea lol .... who knows you are in bathroom unless you made thoese noise and you say your ownself .life is busy , so we should actually spent our time wisely yea

but what about in a public bathroom where there are twenty stalls and toilets flushing all the time? You don't find it rude to other people that you're on the phone?
