either use a site such as ez-tracks.com to find the mp3 and place it in your site or use a server hosting for your mp3.

Thank you for the help, I found out online. I use dreamweaver and I had to embed the media player and the mp3 file. Here's a link to the site, the file is a commercial for WAR in concert, June 15, 2007, at the Warner Grand Theatre, in San Pedro CA. Have a listen! http://www.maximumconcerts.com

If the mp3 file is your original composition (i.e., you 'own' it), you can upload it to several sites that let you 'publish' your own stuff...for free. Then, once you've uploaded to those sites, you can "embed" an mp3 player with code provided from those sites to your own site.
