After she left the Royal Academy of Music she started her recording career as a member of a British pop band, the Tourists, and subsequently formed a pop duo with David Stewart, who was a former bandmate.
I also want to say that the voice of Annie Lennox is unique. It seems it can touch your heart and holds you to follow her singing.
