What's the worst mistake you've ever made in business?  

I have learned alot while doing business but there is only one thing that has stuck into my head and that is never take on too much wory, lol i have 3 paid to click sites and they are really hard work for me to do, i never get any time to myself and it is just a hard thing for me to do, thanks

The worst mistake I ever made was assuming the time, money, effort would pay off sooner rather than later. People tell you it will take time, but the actual amount of time you don't know until you get involved.....To be honest with you, if I had known how much time it would have taken, I wouldn't have bothered. I would have just waited until I'm 80 and retired - that way I can devote more time.....Right now, w/ work and other obligations I just don't have the time.

i am extremely conservitive with investments! My guy is not! I have to talk him out of bad ideas all the time. Once, when we lived in the midwest, his brother tried to talk him into buying a sail boat. His brother lives in California, but has never sailed a day in his life! My guy was so into it, it took monthes to talk him down!

Going into partnership with someone that decision has bitten me on the bum everyday since. Thankfully now we are no longer n business with him but we paid dearly for that decision.
