heart attact and has diabetes also?
my friends mom was requesting for my potato salad.... i really want to make it for her but i dont want to cause any trouble regarding on the illness she has.
i just want to know if i can give her potato salad with mayonaise i will you lite mayonaise.... can that be possible. thanks in advance for the help. wink wink

oh my, sorry to tell you that you were kinda late on responding. though i ask the doctor if that is safe (of course i dont want to harm someone of my cooking)the doctor said it is safe, as long as she will not eat a lot. a small serving is good for the patient. thanks for the response

I would say it would be ok. but I don't know anything about heart attack patients. most seem to go back to eating the same things they did before their heart attack. I say use the light mayo and give her what she wants :)
