Is there anyone on an eating plan? Below are some good healthy foods for sale at your local grocery stores. They are low in calories, fat, sodium, and cholestoral, but has good carbs, protein, fiber, and potassium:

I don´t think that are so good for health. The problem isn´t only the right quantity of protein, carbs, fat or fibre, but the origin of them. The best way to achieve it is in our tradicional farm and not is the news food shops.

when you are in the process of dieting probably you'll need to know what will be the cause if you will lose or gain a weight, there are some people doing this but they are not satisfied of what will the result, so there are some instances that dieting affects our health and i dont think that this is good to us. for me there are some other way just lose or gain a weight, why not to try a gym or even exercises, stretching your body makes our body becomes healthy.
