You know when you pick up a really good book and you just can't put it down until you know how it ends? What books did that for you?
The ones I can remember that I read in one sitting were:
The Fifth Profession, by David Morrell
The Stand (Unabridged Version), by Stephen King
Bag of Bones, by Stephen King
The entire Harry Potter series
Acceptable Risk, by Robin Cook
Dragons of Autumn Twilight, by Margaret Weiss and Tracy Hickman

Whilst many books I have read I find it hard to put down, I have only read one book in one sitting, Harry Potter and the Goblet of fire. I was off sick anyway, started reading for a few chapters, next thing I knew, I had read the end of the book, and it was nearly midnight!

Just recently, I started reading some books written Mary Higgins Clark. They were absolutely spell bounding and full of suspense. Even though I did not exactly finish each book at one sitting, I found it difficult to put it down as the plot was getting more and more exciting.

The last book I read in one sitting was Dan Browns the Da Vinci code as it was a friends and I only had that day to read it when it came out, I have since read it again as I prefer to take my time reading books. I also only have time to read extensively in summer so I prefer relax and read them calmly. Oh yes another one that I read, in one sitting was The Green Mile by Stephen King, amazing.

Harry potter series. I even stopped reading for my Economics exam when i started reading the first three parts. Although i read harry potter only after the third part was released, i was quick to complete all.
"The Alchemist" by Paulo Coelho is another such book
"The Da Vinci Code" by Dan Brown is also very interesting
