Tevez is a great choice, as he is available and many sports writers picked him to be one of the top five players in the EPL after a slow start.
I also like the choice of David Silva as well; if you've seen some of Silva's games, he is definitely a force to be reckoned with and would help out the winger mess they have in Liverpool. He would be a great pair with Jermaine Pennant.
But I think I would go for Silva's teammate at Valencia, David Villa. Villa is available and many clubs have chased after the Valencia and Spanish international striker. I think he would be a great pair with either Peter Crouch or Kuyt at the top, and he would provide the stability at striker that Liverpool rarely enjoyed last year. He would definitely be an upgrade over Crouch or Kuyt, and definitely would finish those chances that Liverpool wasted so much last year. | |
