| 2. madebyrobyn (409) | 3 years ago |  As a professional reader I do charge for readings - just as you would get paid at any other job. I work one day a week in a spiritual shop and I recieve $27 for half an hour, $54 for an hour. At home I charge $40 for half hour or $70 for an hour, all my at home readings are done after 9pm. I am a very busy reader I usually read at least 10 people at work, 5 through out the week at home and then there are always family and friends - who of course I don't charge.
The best form of advertisement always is word of mouth and that is how I see most of my clients. Other than that I have the sign out the front of the spiritual shop while I am there but 75% who come to see me in the shop come because their friend or family member have been to see me.
I love my job and I am forever thankful for my gifts.

| madebyrobyn (409) | 3 years ago | Oh I have many, many, many decks! - yup I am a hoarder! I do pass them on to people when the time arises though. I read daily with mainly Rider Waite and I use a large deck and a small deck of them (in one reading) as well as some destiny cards and I finish it all off with my Soul Cards - which I adore.
If you are meant to work professionally as a reader you will, you just have to be passionate enough about it and read for free for many years as I did! | |

You put up a bio of sorts and then people search through the pages to find who they want to call. They won't know your number or anything tho. There is a banner for this site on my blog. You should check it out.
