Do you say grace? When?  

I was born and raised a Catholic going to a Catholic school for many years. I had their religion crammed down my thraot for too long. I do not say what is commonely know to as "grace" but I do thank my higher power for the foods I have and all. I also pray thanking him nightly for keeping me sober and every morning I ask my Higher Power for his guidance in helping me stay sober throughout the day. Thanks for a great discussion also.

I was raised Catholic, and we were taught to say our prayers all the time. My family was big on grace at meals and praying before we went to bed, and, of course, Mass every Sunday.

I'm not religious now, but I think if I was, I would be more like your brother. Even just a quick thought of "thank you" to God would probably be enough.

my mom raised us catholic, even if my father is well, a non believer. sunday mass, grace before meals, guardian angel prayer before sleeping, the 6 o'clock prayer, rosary, etc. but i do remember she told me that the sign of the cross is a form of prayer already, because you are calling out to god and recognizing his "almighty power".
