Did Katy Holmes rip her friend off?

Supposedly, Victoria Beckam (former Spice Girl) inspired Katy Holmes new short hair do. Victoria and Katy are best friends, after all. So why not? Do you think Katy ripped off the cut? Or, is she just trying to be like her friend. Whatever, Katy looks 100% better. What do you think?

I looked up some photos and I personally don't think the haircut is that similar. She kept her hair color and it's a bit shorter and a tad different. For all we know Victoria told her to do it, so it doesn't really matter.
