Help with Pen Pal Idea!

Hey I was just thinking, I know there are SO many services on the internet and SO many of them are free, but I was thinking about having a pen pal service that was fee-based. Basically, I posted a pen pal advertisement on the internet and it was put into a prison magazine where I got about 50 prison letters. It was placed there without my authorization, and basically it was a plagiarism of my pen pal advertisement. I was thinking of creating a paid pen pal service where I match pen pals (all types from children to adult pen pals) for a fee. I would never share their information, and I will promise to match them with a person of a similar interest. Why I am posting this discussion: What should I call my pen pal service? How much should I charge? I was thinking 5 USD for 5 pen pals. Would people buy into it? Or do you think people will just stick to the free services on the internet? Thanks so much for your help.
