why u like dubai

I like Dubai because it is one of the important markets in the world. Most of the international brands are available at reasonable price. The duty levied by the government is very negligible and hence it is cheaper here including Gold. The rates are comparatively cheaper than Hong Kong and Singapore. Definitely it is much cheaper than Western countries like Europe and US.

i like dubai cz its very stunning, and beautiful. marvellous jewellery is easily available and thats not all, people there are absolutely gorgeous inside and out..my mum's bro lives there with his family and fortunately we get invition frm them every so often.lol

Dubai is pretty but one big storm and trillions of dollars will be spilt in the sand. A lot of public relations in Dubai would have you beleive that Dubai is affordable. It is not. People there are "owned" by the banks.

The kind of costs there to live in Dubai make a free income tax negligible. If they ever lose power or are attacked only the Sultans and those of high rank under Caliphate government will be saved. That city is a huge target for terrorist violence or kidnapping and violence.

It is 120 degrees outside the Palm rim of hotels and fountains. In an emergency it would be a oven. Where is the fresh water source? Living on the moon would be more practical and affordable. Suites in Dubai are thousands of dollars a night.

The values of buildings will drop when after a few years all the debt that keeps those girders rising will go bust. Dubai is not being strategically curbed like China. Those quickly constructed buildings may fall.

Right now Dubai is selling its concept hard. Nobody can pay off that debt and the Sultans are impoverishing their countries to build a Las vegas halfway round the world. Aside from flashy cruise ship architecture, Dubai is just asking for trouble. What a waste.

Never been there but Dubai is not very far from my city karachi only 1 hour flight away and the ticket price only 180$ for round trip but it is quite expencive to live there ..........

but i would like to visit dubai often and my first visit will be comming soon .........

Dubai is a very fast growing city. It's very different from how I remember it to be growing up. The cheap prices of gold, automobiles, and other stuff encourages me to work here someday.
