Time For Our Next Walk In The Countryside, Methinks...  

Sorry to have exhausted you VMKS. We have plenty of cold drinks, so you're quite welcome to one. Just relax and recover in the garden, whilst having a chat with our friends. :-)

The next walk will be a while away and I'll try not to make it so long, next time. lol.

Oh, I often do the walks alone, Missak but I describe them in here to my friends, so that they can experience the events through my eyes. I try to describe things in a way that they can close their eyes and imagine they're there with me. :-)

Yes, you made it. I felt like I was with you in your walk =) then I felt a little bit sad when the reading ended and I returned to my boring reality...

Awwwwwwwww ((((huggggggggggs)))). My friends seem to enjoy them and ask for more from time to time, so keep your eyes peeled for our next walk. Something to look forward to. :-) I think this was my fourth, including Pooh Country.

I too have faeries in my garden. I have evidence of them, but that's another story. lol. They say if you leave the faeries a gift they will come to visit, so perhaps the stone you speak of was regarded as a gift. They like sparkly things, and they like certain flowers and trees.

The deer are very shy... they'll stand still for ages, just watching you... then run off. but you daren't move towards them, or they will disappear. A pity really but I suppose humans have made them that way.

I'm glad you enjoyed our walk, Kay. Yes, sometimes I take bread for the darks, but apparently, it solidifies in their stomach, and weighs them down, so I prefer to take seed sometimes. My son has a lake nearby as well, in the grounds of Radio Mercury and the girls love going down there, feeding the ducks and swans. Yes... even swans on that one! lol.

Raydene supplied the picnic, fried chicken, salad, strawberries and cream and Niersteiner White Wine. Yummy huh? Gabs didn't want to walk to far so she stayed home to prepare it all for when we got back. No doubt she'll see your thanks in here, but I will pass them on via IM, right now. lol.

I have to think where to go for the next walk now. It's whether we want to make it a long, or a short one, really. :-) Brightest Blessings. x

Awwwwwww, I'm only too happy to share my walks with you, my friend. Thank you for the compliments. Maybe I ought to group all my walks together at some stage and put them in a book about my village?

Ray, I told everybody that you supplied the chicken, salad, strawberries, cream and wine. lol. Gabs just stayed behind and got it ready because she couldn't walk that far comfortably. So, we made a video of the walk for her to watch. And, the faeries? They were there alright. They're all around here!

I'm glad you enjoyed this walk, Mummymo. I have vivid memories of all the walks around here. I used to do them quite often but have yet to get around to starting again. Still... we can remember and dream for the time being. It keeps raining so hard here, that it's a bit muddy in places, but I'm going to get out and about very soon. I might even like to go up onto the Downs at this time of the year, whilst the evening light holds.
