Vacuum-packed food breed deadly bacteri.. according to the news those vacuum-packed foods are deprived with oxygen to keep them fresh and boost their shelf life, but same strategy is a boon for Listeria monocytogenesis, a bacterium responsible for a kind of food poisoning that kills 25 percent of the people it infects..whoo..quite scary, i think when it is vacuumed pack..more fresh and more safe but this new had something to say...but in the end the microbiologist has something to say..maybe you better check it out..and post your reactions here.. oh my gosh, i cannot copy it url... or maybe you go to yahoonews, and check out health ..the title is the first state of this discussion...go check it out..
