It was 3 days of the best music ever. More than 30 groups performed in the three days of the festival. Big names at the time, like The Mamas and the Papas, The Byrds, Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, The Who, Jefferson Airplane and many others not as well known, but just as good, were there, including my favorite, Moby Grape. Karen, that link is not working for me. It i probably my computer connection. I will check it out later. I just want to say, those were the days. That was music! The Mamas and the Papas were one of my favorites. I just loved their music. Today, I have no idea what groups are playing, but the ones I group up with, that was music. Thanks for bringing back the memories.
