Lol...obviously someone did not think before opening their mouth. Motherhood is definately a womaan's issue unless things have changed a great deal since yesterday. When men start having the babies then we can change things around some, but for now motherhood is still a woman's thing. Some handle it better than others but still female oriented. Maybe in time there will be clones and or test tube babies, but I don't see that as an improvement over the real thing.

perhaps they meant in the legal profession women are treated differently whether they are mothers or not, so it not about being a mother just sexism. The person didn't make that very clear however, should have used the word "motherhood" instead of "womens" maybe.
