Air conditioning.....

I don't currently have air conditioning, but when I do I tend to keep the temperature between 70 and 74 degrees. Enough to cool the place and make it more comfortable than outside, but not cold.

I usally keep mine under 75 at least or 70. It gets over 90 degress sometimes outside in Florida in The United States and I get shaky and sick if I get to hot.

We have central heat and air and during the summer we set it to 70's Sometime it works ok but the weather is so hot and yet we turn it to 65.

Yes, now that I live in North Carolina I do, but when I lived in Seattle no one did. I vary anywhere from 65-80. My body temperature fluctuates a lot. Today it's 93 degrees outside, and I had my AC turned off because I was so cold. But, now I'm getting warm and just put it on 68. That won't last long, though.

We have central air conditioning but we have it set pretty high (or low). I don't like the house too cold, especially with my fibromyalgia, and the fact that I am in the basement most of the time where it is even cooler. We set it at 26 degrees celsius. I don't know that that is in Farenheit. It is nice to walk into when you come in from the outside heat, but if you are inside all the time, and busy working or cooking, it's not really that cool. But it is comfortable for me. Except for the bedrooms. We live in a 3-level side-split (4 if you include the basement). The heat and/or air have a hard time making their way to that part of the house. I have blocked off some air vents to help force air upstairs but it is still cool in the winter and warm in the summer in the bedrooms. But we have ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

Central air was one of the things we made sure our house had when we were looking to buy. We set ours at severnty eight. Its not too cool but yet you don't feel the heat either. We also use fans to circulate the air around the house. From what I understand doing it this way saves a little on the electric bill.

Oh yes, I love my air conditioner. We just moved and had them installed but we had a fireplace at the old house. I have the air conditioner set on about 28-30 degrees because I am always cold.

Yes we have central air too, and its set around 73-74.... we have a finished basement, and theres a bit of a problem with air circulation. Cold air settles.So we solve the problem with large fan at the bottom of the stair. I'm usually cold too, so I wear a sweater on a very Hot Day. In Canada we get Humidity with the heat and thats even more uncomfortable.

Yes we have aircondition in my house and we put in 70 degree...Like you I have also cold feet and hands.Make me wonder why I have always cold feet and hands eveen its already summer by now.

We have window air conditioner in this house which I hate. But the new place is central air. I just cant wait. Im loving it! I do the same thing just socks my feet always are cold.LOL
