Pinnacle Instant Photo Album - Not recognising DVD burner

If anyone out there know's how to get the software to recognise the burner I'd be really grateful! The online support at Pinnacle don't want to help! Thanks

I just got this product but haven't used it yet. Did you get your problem fixed? I was really looking forward to using mine. Awaiting your reply. :)
