My oldest cat, Angel disappeared now more then a week ago..He has always faithfully cried at the door to come in..each evening..Well..one evening, he didn't return..I looked for him, next morning..still no Angel.
I decided that Missy..needed companionship..another cat to talk to..so after grieving over my lost kitty I got a new kitty..which I will post later on..
She is just a kitten..Her name is Gracie....
Missy misses Angel..and for the entire week..would go to the door and meow for Angel..
Angel never did anyone harm..one thing he had against him was he was a black cat..He was the only color the petshop had when I went..
Well. Perhaps..some superstitious person or hateful person took him out..I looked everywhere to see if I could see him in the road..but I have not found him.
I am posting a picture of Angel...he was one of the photos I had..

I am sorry to hear about your cat. It is hard to lose a pet because they are part of your family. It must have been hard for you.

Very hard since I had Angel for 2 1/2 years..It is a heart breaker..If he got hit by a car and I was able to bury him..it would have been easier then him just disappearing..I just don't know where he went;)+

I know what you mean, sometimes it better to know, even if it is not good news. One of my neighbours had her cat go missing and she was devasted, she also said that she would have found it easier if she at least knew what happened to him.

Since Angel was half an inside cat..it's far from usual that he should be gone so long..I wish I could believe he would be back; but I feel he has taken off to kitty heaven;)+

I'm sorry about your missing cat, Angel. I don't have any pet of my own, but I know that people get a bond with them similar to the bond one has with near relatives.
When I was a little boy I had a German shepherd dog that was my babysitter, rather than my pet. My mother tells me that once a furious turkey came goggling towards me and my dog came barking in my help.

My cats are more like family, sad to say ..then my family..My own family..is money hungry and measures your worth by how much you send..My cats..they love me for who I am .they are truly God's creatures.;)+
