my hayfever is driving me mad my eyes are streaming and extremely ichy and i cant stop sneezing. ive been taking boots own antihistamines for it but they dont seem to be working. does anyone know any good antihistamines to stop these awfull symptoms?

I've got really bad allergies as well and have been sneezing my head off since march. lol The only antihistamine that ever works for me is benedryl. I rarely take it though because it makes me way too sleepy to even function. I just suffer through it. Have you ever tried nasal irrigation? It doesn't really reduce my sneezing much but it really helps a lot with congestion. For my eyes I just use lubricating eye drops and it makes them feel so much better.

There are a lot of different products out there for nasal irrigation. Some of them look difficult to use. I got one that's fairly inexpensive and it's really easy to use. Here's a link to the website I got it from. I got the kit, it's a bit more expensive than some of the other options but it comes with a measuring cup and everything to help you make sure you mix the saline solution properly.
