What do u think of the new weight loss drug Alli??  

I haven't heard anything about it! I was stopping in to see what information I could get on it! :0

Hi jennifer611. I have read many studies about the medication, and people who take this medication only lose a couple of pounds more per year than those who were taking a placebo! It is so not worth it from what I have read, and it also causes horrible intestinal issues, if you know what I mean! ;0b I have taken Xenecal before, and Alli is the same drug, just in a much smaller dosage. The company which produces Xenecal wanted to bring a milder form of it to the public to be able to purchase over-the-counter. I experienced the worst cramping from the Xenecal, and consumers have experienced the same issues with Alli. This is gross, so prepare yourself, but people often experience an oily discharge which can be uncontrollable at times! Thank God in heaven that I never experienced THAT! I believe that Consumer Reports also did a report on Alli, and said it offers very little weight loss with a pricey, monthly commitment. If I were you, I wouldn't take it. Yuck!

I just recently bought some. I've not taken enough of it yet to see any difference, but I have noticed alot of tummy cramps. I'm hoping it won't be as bad after I get used to it.
