a relationship or a job??

no wonder you urge me to sign up...so this is what it's all about?

You leave when there is no respect from both parties anymore. Same thing goes with the job. Don't stick around with the person to change him/her because that's aint gonna happen. You can never change a person. However, you stay, if you think there are just misunderstanding and lack of communication between the two of you. I think it's worth working on the relationship if both however have respect and love for each other.

K Im not exactly sure what your asking but Im going to throw down my opinion on how I took this question. K the time to get out of a relationship in my eyes is when the 2 people constantly are fighting and yelling and putting each other down. Also when the 2 people stop respecting each other thats another clue that its time to end things. See in my eyes its better to end things before they get bad that way in the future you might have another chance at what ever it is you want. When it comes to work thats another story. I think its time to leave a job when you work really hard but get paid crap, your being constantly yelled at and put down, your not advancing in the company or getting any raises and finally its time to quit the job if you dont enough it and look forward to going everyday. Personally I dont follow my own advice whiched has hurted me in the past but I think those would be the reasons for me to quit on a relationship or job.

I would definitely keep the job. The relationship can end at anytime, but the job is more secure. Dealing with todays society and the downfall of jobs. I don't know. Lol... No, I would definitely choose the job because that relationship is not guaranteed. A guy can love you today and meet another girl and leave you tomorrow. The relationship can be gone at the drop of a dime.

This is why they place emphasis on employee dating relationships and most jobs do not allow it. It is best to try not to date on the job, because you do not want to be put in that situation. It puts you in an uncomfortable situation. Sometimes its hard when you are attractive to a person and they have really good conversation and a really good job.

Another thing to think about if you were to get into a relationship would you want to see that person all the time, if the employee allows it.
