Do you or your spouse snore? Does it make it difficult for the other person to sleep? My husband snores, and if he falls asleep before I do then I know I'm in for a long night!

I'm extremly happy for you. My husband still snores, so maybe I'll put him on a diet and try that out. lol

Yes my husband use to snore so bad that it would wake me at night. I would have to be asleep before him or I wouldn't sleep at all. Then I just got use to the snoring and couldn't sleep without hearing him snore. It would put me to sleep. Then my husband lost abit of weight and he doesn't really snore anymore. Maybe once in awhile but its not loud at all anymore. Good luck to a good nights sleep.

My wife and myself snore and once we sleep we will not know whose snoring is making more sound. I am in my own world so also my wife.

maybe that is what my problem is with not being able to sleep..I don't sleep and my husband sure can snore. I have heard both good and bad about the snore relievers. I bought the nose strips for my husband and it helps alot. He usually falls asleep before he get to put it on. It also depends on how tired he is and the pollen in the air.
