Its great, especially the last part, a good amount of suspense, I want to know what happens now. Thanks for sharing.

It's definitely a good start. You do have a lot of details crammed into it, and some of the phrasing is rather awkward, like "Sarah had made her way to greet him as he unfolded himself out of his car" and ""His baseball injury knee?"" Another thing I noticed is that you do switch tenses a bit. The piece starts out in present tense, but you switch to past tense in the second sentence, then back again. There's a total of six tense shifts in the first paragraph alone, so you may want to watch out for that when you're revising.
