Does anyone here have a fish room to breed and raise tropical fishes?

I would like to know if any one else has thought about setting up a room specifically for tropical fishes? I am going to be building a room in the garage so that most of the tanks that I have will be in there to make it easier to take care of them. I will have 2 or three central filtration systems t make it even easier to change water in the tanks but there will also be other good things such as only heating the room and not every tank or filtering each tank, that will cut down on the cost of heating and the electricity for running the tanks. If you have several tanks (MTS, multiple tank syndrome) would you consider putting them in one room to help keep maintenance easier?

This is exactly what I should do, as right now have fish tanks in my garage, office, living room and bathroom, which takes a lot of time to maintain. I hope to have them all in the garage next year, so maintaining them would be a lot easier.
