Do the wireless headsets that people use today allow them to focus more while driving? Are you still distracted during a Bluetooth conversation even though you have both hands on the steering wheel? And how is talking on the phone any different from engaging in a conversation with another occupant in the vehicle?

It seems to me that when people drive they are only concerned with themselves. The only thing a cellular phone is going to do is cause more accidents. Especially among teenagers who don't know how to drive. Just because they give a license doesn't mean the person should have one.
