Are you a health conscious person?

Hello there. How do you manage your health? Do you prefer vegetables, or meat or fruit juice maybe in doing health diet. Is it ok to do fasting in terms of detoxifying?

i usually try to get a even amount of proteins and veggies because Im working on body building but veggies and v8 splashs are good always good for when you work out on the tredmill or on the stair master i try to go to the gym 3 times a week keeps my blood rushing and my head steady but you also have to stay away from the sweet the sugars can build up and decrease performance

Ya I am a health conscious. I do take seasonal fruits and lots of sald and green vegetables in my diet. It keep me fit and yes on imp. thing is doing exercise daily.

yes i am a health consious person.and everybody should be consious about it because health is wealth.i give more attention to my diet.i include lots of green vegetables,fruits and fibres in my diet.i do take non-veg foods but occasionally as i am non-veg.and i drink lots of water to flush out the body toxins. ya fasting is a good way of detoxification.i do it once a week and thats on monday.i just reamin on fruits and juices. apart from these i do some excercise though i don't find much time for it.but i see to it that i walk some considerable distances daily.and i have my aerobics classes on weekends. so thats what i do to keep myself fit.
