| |  When I'm nervous I used to walk back and fort and sometimes I jump to ease the feeling of nervous and sometimes If I can't really helped it I souted loud hehehe.

| |  My hands sweat when I'm nervous they've done this for as long as I can remember - when it's really bad I can actually hold my hand with my fingers hanging down and you can see the sweat drip off my finger tips - it's very embarrasing and I avoid shaking hands with people because of it.
