What do you use on your really sensitive skin?

I don't have eczema, but I do have very sensitive skin, so I use bodywash instead of soap and I try to get my stuff from Yves Rocher. Their stuff is all natural, made from herbs and plants and never irritates my skin. You might want to try that.

Apparently using rolled oats is really good for your skin.

When you sure you need to rub them on your skin and it apprantley hepls the skin heal and moisturise.

I have psoriasis plus very sensitive skin. I got tired of buying cosmetics, lotions and other skin care products that did nothing but make me break out in rashes and make my psoriasis burn. So I started making all my own products for skin care. I make all my own makeup (except mascara and lipstick) and all my own shampoos, body lotions, foot care creams, etc. Since I started making my own I have had almost no problems with my skin. It costs me a lot less money too.

Anything that I can find without aloe in it.

I don't deal well with aloe vera, and other things like it....and have an allergic reaction or am very sensitive to it.

I took a health care product one time that had a by-product of aloe in it, and it felt like I had someone literally sitting on my chest it hurt so bad...and that was the only thing I did different....even my ducktor at the time believes it was an allergy and told me to stop taking it, I stopped problem went away...

and its not easy finding health care products made iwthout aloe vera or a by product of it.

I suffer with psoriasis. I have always tried to avoid using creams and stuff if I can help it. I firmly believe the more you use the more your skin depends on it. I use aqueos cream on a daily basis (a mild moisturiser), diprobase (a slightly stronger prescribed moisturiser), then a mild hydroquartazone to prevent flare ups.
I also found through trial and error that over washing makes my skin have flare ups. Although I like to have two baths a day I often find that too excessive for my skin and have to make do with one a day. The doctor says it's strippimng my skin of it's natural oils.
With any skin disorder it is purely a case of trial and error. What works for one oerson might not work for another. Good luck.

Actually aloe vera works find for eczema. it has anti-allergic properties and is a moisturiser as wwll.
Since eczema is basically an allergic skin condition and is usually accompanied by dry flakes, both these propeties of aloe vera make it the herb of choice for eczema.
A skin cream containing rhus tox and arsenic alba ( Homeopathic ) would also help.
Since eczema is a chronic condition, there is rarely any instant cure. There usually are remissions and relapses.
