i have a capitalone card and when i got my statement today it saids i have spend $640.81 and i have not used it when we moved down here form nj i have not used it then but i just want to know what can i do if i call them and see what mysister had did what will hapen i know she have been using it and now it is time for me to go back to nj and i want to take my bank card with me but she is not going to give it to me she told me that she is going to send me with only $100 dollers of my own money i do not think that is right it is my money and i worked hard for that now she think because i live with her she is going to get all my money i do not think you and iam not going to let her do that to me to me

You need to call capitalone right away they are open 24/7 and tell them to stop the usage on that card, explain it to them if you can , but I agree it is your card and you are responsible for the money on that card ,you have to pay it back.I would not allow her to get away with that.

Is your sister using your CapitalOne card, or your bank card, or are these the same card? How did she get ahold of your card? Is she an authorized user on your account? If she doesn't give back you card, and she's not an authorized user, then I would call account services and report the card stolen.
