3. earnmoney1 (1545) | 1 year ago | i just would like to add that while swimming can burn a lot of calories, you should be aware of the chlorine present in most swimming pools,too much time in chlorine water can be bad for skin and may cause hairfall too...

5. mailboxmoney (735) | 1 year ago | i think swimming in a pool is 1 of the best ways to get fit. working out is easier to do and you can do more and really tone up with the water making you feel the exercises are light and easier. ive done aqua aerobics and taught some classes as well everyone seems to enjoy them and it makes exercising different and more fun sometimes swimming exercises are great for the legs and arms as well
