How long can you keep mouth shut?Without uttering word.

That depends....do the people know around me that I am not talking? Are the people around me going to force me to talk? Cause if I am not being forced to talk, I can go for a very long time. I am a very quiet person and I often feel bad for my dogs when the kids are at school. This would probably be the reason they are very happy when the kids get home from school....they can hear again!!! ha ha

Yes I can keep mouth shut for 6-7 hours at least. I love to speak less and hear more. So this is very easy for me to keep quit. Whenever I am alone at my home, I try to keep quit. This saves energy for us. Scientists say that we waste lot of energy in general gossip. By speaking less we can save a lot and use this energy for other constructive work. But this does not happen. Someone knows it, otherone does not know this fact. This needs a constant practice and after some days of practice, we can bring this into our habit. When anything becomes habit, gives benefit in logn run. Try it dear and save energy.
