Are all celebrities destined to die the same way?  

No I don't think it's inevitable. I think a lot of people end up dead from drug and alcohol abuse we just hear about it when they are famous. In all actuallity, a lot of famous people are under a lot of stress. The peer pressure, the press, the fans and some can't handle it. But there are alot of famous people who live a long and healthy life.

It normally depends how the celebrities handle their life ,some of the celebrities get carried away with name ,fame and money to such a extent that they land up in rehabilitation due to excessive drug intakes.However there are some great actors of the yester years who still manage to lead a perfect life inspite of their success and money serving as an example for everybody .Greatness lies not in being great,but being simple while you are great.Those celebrities who never let the fame and money enter into their head and continue working hard are the ones who deserve and end peacefully like normal people while rest of them are found lying on the road or unknown of their death.

But not all of them do! Its just glamorized when they go out with a bang--- and those that do we immortalize and decide they were so much better than they actually were.

Some celebrities do fade away, and some grow old. Charleton Heston, Joe DiMaggio, Goldie Hawn, Michael Douglas--- oh wait we're talking music, then lets go for:

Oh and btw- at least half of those names I have either seen or will see this year or last year.

It depends on how the celebrity handles themselves. I can't say they'll all die the same way or not. You never really know how it could happen. I've noticed a lot with the wrestlers though it's similiar causes of death like either heart attacks from steroids or something like that, more so the last decade.

I've paid more attention to that than I have with the celebrities to be quite honest though you could say they are as well but just different.

An acquaintance of my husband invited us to their son's b-day party, I thought that it was odd that it was being held at 8pm. When we arrived I noticed something even stranger there was more beer...

I don't believe it's inevitable for famous people to meet their death in this way. Sure, we hear a lot about celebrities who spiral out of control, on that fast train through drugs, alcohol, eating disorders, depression...but look around. These aren't just afflictions of the rich and famous, they are growing problems in everyday society. I think perhaps we are just made more aware of it, when it effects a celebrity.
On the other side of the coin, perhaps the reasons for the celebrities taking this path is that they are faced with more pressures, more opportunities to participate in these soul destroying past times, and of couse, there is the *I'm a superstar, I am invincible* mentality that I'm sure some of them have.
I agree, they should look at the idols of the past, and learn from their tragic mistakes, but realistically, this never happens! Lol

No I don't necessarily think it's inevitable. It just depends on the person. Look at how many people who aren't celebrities die from that kind of stuff. But you are right, a lot of celebrities do die from that, but not enough that I would call it inevitable.

i would say its because of stress!!

I think if they cant handle the fame and become dependant on drink or drugs they should seriously thikn about changing their lifestyle, then hopefully this could have saved some very famous people from dying the way that theu did, and save some from dying in the future.

Yes absolutely especially rockstars coz "it's better to burn out than to fade away"...fame plus drugs is equal to SUICIDE.
