What stuffs do you stuff your pocket with?

Mobile Phone, Wallet,lip balm, handkerchief, a pen,what else? When you cram them all these stuffs you may feel a little crammed and full.
Would you opt for a sling bag/hand bag/sack/a trolley to room in these stuffs or would just ignore the chockablock inside and would'nt mind to fill in another dozen toffees in your now-bulging pocket on the way for your kid bros and sists?

I usually carry my keys, a pen, my cell phone, and a couple of markers in my pocket. My wallet goes in my back pocket. I also usually have a couple of guitar picks in my pocket just in case I have my guitar around.
