Knee problems

I have arthritis in my knee's.The cold weather or if I over use my knees like walking too much it will bother me worse.

I am glad you finally found out what was wrong with your knee, But I am sorry that it is so many things wrong with it. They said they couldn't do anything for the things you are suffering for. Is this just one surgeon covering up for another or is a another surgeon not wanting to lean up another surgeons mess? Having to wear a knee brace for the rest of your life isn't going to be any fun at all. I would check out a few other surgeons and try to get their honest opinion on this matter. The only upside to this is now you will be able to sign up for disability,SSI. I hope that you will find some relief from the pain you are in. well one adivce for everybody. replace doorknobs and round faucet handles with long handles. they require a looser, less stressful griop to operate, so you'll put less strin on your joints.
Buld up the handles on your tools. for a more comfortable grip, tape a lyer or two fo think foam rubber, or a foam-rubber hair curler, around the handles of tools such as brooms an dmops.
