aerobic moves and times(duration)

i'd like to know the various steps to take and moves to make in aerobics and the purpose of each of them. i'd also like to know the appropriate duration for each session.

Aerobics should involve proper streches,proper breathing ,meditation and to end with relaxation.Each session should be for one hour.
