I'm at wits end! This man has raised his voice to me several times. The last time, because there were several passengers around us, I asked him if we could please move away from them? Instead he starts raising his voice and humiliating me. He isn't my department head boss, but he is a superior.I have asked him not to do this, but he keeps on doing it. Him and his g.f. are going to have a baby, so I don't know what to do. What would you do?

He is just embarresing himself...It could be from stress of knowing he is soon going to be responsible for another life and it is his way of releiving the stress.
You did say girlfriend and not wife...maybe he feels trapped. Ask him if he would like to talk about it sometimes and find out why he is doing this. Even so this is no way to treet an employee. If he keeps this up I would speak to his superior about it.

I just found out that my boss called HR and also the General Manager where I work at. He told me to write out a report. Evidently I'm not the only one he has taken his frustrations out on. He has been warned in the past. I still feel bad though, because there is the new baby coming.I'm still not sure what to do.
