Can a cat bark or a dog meow?  

I agree..at times I think my cat thinks she is a dog..LOL

LOL..that is funny..Never saw my cat do that..but she like to play fetch..and if i dont throw the ball when I want she carries on something terrible with meows that send me in to a laughing fit:LOL

That's cute, too. Cats always let you know how they're feeling. I have another cat who opens the doors on the kitchen cupboards and climbs the metal ladder to the top bunk.

I said one of these days my cats will come out with something close to human and then will have to come to visit me in the hospital..shock ..

maybe..but if you read..there are some who say that it has sounded like it sometimes..even though neither can perform the other's function.. I bet.. you can train a dog to meow;)
