2.  mflower2053 (2835) | 3 years ago |  Warm shower makes it feel so much better. I know when its engored for too long even after expressing some of the milk they are still sore. Hell I think a warm shower takes care of everything. lol I would rather a bath but I have 2 more weeks before I can take a bath. Hope this helps.

Yeah, hot shower can help but it wont keep the pain away still. Gosh, being a new mom is very hard. Ill just keep looking at my baby when im in pain, it helps a lot.
