Update on Sister in laws Bridal shower.  |

|  OK so we finally decided to get her something from the registry. I decided to get her the cake holder that she wanted. It was pretty nice cause the lid for the cake holder flips over and it doubles as a punch bowl so it's like 2 in 1 gifts. My sister in law gave me a ride to the shower because I didn't know where it was at. And we actually talked the whole way there. Mostly about the wedding but at least we were talking. My 2 little girls a going to be in her wedding so we talked about how she wanted me to do there hair. And the Bridal shower was very nice her fiancees sister threw it for her and it turned out really nice. She got a lot of the stuff she wanted and was very happy with it all. For those of you who told me to just suck it up and go to the shower and be civil with her. I did just that and I want to thank you for the advice. We have now been keeping in contact over the phone and have even set up a day after the wedding for us to have lunch together. So again thank you for responding to my other post about her and this wedding. That I personally can not wait until it's over but thats neither here nor there. We had fun at the shower and that is all that matters.

| |  I find that sometimes the things I dread the most going to I ususally have the best time at. I am glad you and your sister in law are getting a long.
I have a sister in law that for 29 years we have not gotten along, well guess what we finally have grown up and we now love each other. I find we really do have a good time together we can laugh and tease each other. I guess it pays to grow up. LOL I fought the growing up for so long I guess I finally had to give in. LOL
