If you ever had a chance to climb Mount Everest, would you?

there'd really have to be something up on that mountain i'd wanted to do that i've seen way too many documentaries about climbers missing fingers and limbs from frostbite.i'll pass,though i'm probably missing out on a great view.

Probably if you are young and fit the challenge woul be amazing..but lol the thought of it makes me quake in my boots...imagine hanging onto the side of Everest..clinging on with yuor fingernails!!..ive often watched them on tv...and i think that it was Monty Don ..i hope...who did a series not too long ago...all about climbing..and it was fabulous.....and very recently theres been a similar climbing programme..but i think that you have to be very very hary to withstand anything like that....what an expedition!!..but imagine the feeling of reaching the summit..that woul be absolutely awesome!!

I don't know if I would or not because it is extremely hard work and I don't think my body would be up to the challenge. I do like to hike uphill, but this is much harder than doing that. I guess I will be resigned to hiking up mountains close to home, instead. Besides, I have asthma and my lung capacity is not good, so I don't think I would do very well at those elevations. I probably wouldn't have been able to make it anyway unless I was dragged up there.
