 I think that Jollibee is better than McDonald's in customer service. Jollibee's crew are very attentive to the needs of the customers while McDonald's are not.

3.  mykmari_08 (1893) | 3 years ago |  I'm not so sure, to be totally honest. I believe it depends on what branch or on the branch manager who handles the staff and crew of Jollibee or McDonald. I haven't had any negative experience with either of these food chains; and I don't expect any in the future. But we seldom go to McDonald, because our daughter who is turning two this year, likes Jollibee better than McDonald. She even had her first birthday celebration in Jollibee. Mascots of Jollibee and Hetty Spaghetti did numerous dance numbers but our little princess likes Hetty better.
