Recent bad weather related to global warming?  | |  Over here in Australia, for the past 3 weeks, there was nothing but rain (and even flooding in some area). Further more, hard winds have been occurring more regularly. Now this is uncommon since for the past few years, it has hardly ever rain, and when it does, only for a day or so. The level of rain has been so bad that the dam levels are falling and were currently at its lowest level ever.
And I know there have been more flooding and cases of hurricanes and storms in other countries too and but most people tend to blame this on global warming. Is this true? What do you make of the situation?

And in the north the temperature is very hot while rain is pouring in the saouthern part of the country. I think nature is asking for what the people has been doing to ruins its balance in nature. The temperature in my place is increasing at a steady over the past few decades. But I am still grateful that we have no hurricane or storms over here, but only some floods in some cities. The worst disaster that hit our country was the 2004 tsunami. Hope all of us work together to preserve our planet and reduce the global warming effect.
