Why do child labor laws not prohibit kids from acting in movies or in TV Ad?

Unlike the picture below, it's just the same thing. They should go to school first rather than in a workplace or in the media. Do work employers have mercy on them? What can you say about this?

Then how do you think about the movie of Harry Potter and Home Alone? These movies are full of children as the main characters. In fact some characters need to be acted by children. These children will still go to school and have homework to do when they are home. They are just like other children, but they may be popular in schoo and that's all.

Generally speaking it will really not take effect on some particular countries like USA. Where Hollywood is located, and they produced the worldwide box office hit films like the one you mentioned.

children are necessary for a good movies and tv shows. but the law stated some measures to protect the welfare of the child- schooling, safety at work, their health. they are actually protected.
