The childern and I watched this movie last night and I really enjoyded it! I see lots and I mean lots of cartoon/childern's movies and this movie made me laugh and wasn't boring. Considering the "BIG" movies that have come out in the last couple months that were WAY overrated, this one was better than I expected. Two thumbs up for me. I recommend going to see this movie. What did you think? Or do you plan to see it?

Thank you for the recommendation. My in-laws are taking my children this afternoon for the whole weekend. They are planning to go see it today. I do not envy them trying to keep my youngest (almost 3) entertained during the movie, but if the rats can hold her attention, the in-laws should have an easy time of it. I'm looking forward to seeing a movie, too, while they are gone. Do you have any suggestions for a grown-up to watch? I think the last non-cartoon film we saw in the theater was Star Wars: Episode 2! (YIKES!)

Thank you for the BR! My in-laws said that kids (and themselves) totally enjoyed the movie. Megan (my youngest) didn't even move! Hubby and I went and saw Pirates of the Caribean: A World's End. I probably liked it better than I should have--according to everyone else I talked to. I'm not a big Johnny Depp fan, but his role of Capt. Jack Sparrow is phonominal. It's almost 3 hours long--about 1 hour too long, but it was still and enjoyable movie. :)

Yes, I plan to watch "Ratatouille" when it comes out on video. Unless I take the kids one day next week while I am on vacation. It looks like it will be a good one. I think the last great cartoon movie that I seen was Cars and I loved it!!

I was not sure if I wanted to go and see this movie or not. Your posting has convinced me to go and see it. My kids are 13 and 11, do you think they will enjoy it, or are they too old? cheers,

I found a can of Ratatouille in the dollar store and this taste good..you mix it with baked potato and its better or white rice too..it makes the mixture good if you add some chicken boulion or beef boulion cubes..add MSG and a dash of salt and pepper. with soy sauce..yum mo..you can even add an egg on top..soft boiled
